Admission to non-NEET undergraduate programmes at universities and institutions across Puducherry will be handled by the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC). The registration period for admission to Non-NEET UG professional courses begins today, May 17, and ends on June 6, 2023 (5 PM).
A.Namassivayam, the state Education Minister of Puducherry, declared on Wednesday that admission to Non-NEET UG professional programmes will be handled by CENTAC. The minister has also issued a manual on the subject. "The academic year 2023-24 counselling will be held at Kamarajar Manimandapam." "The Committee recently opened an office in Manimandapam," he explained.
According to the official notification, admission through CENTAC will be done for a total of 10,898 seats, including 917 seats for UG NEET courses, 5,279 seats for UG Non-NEET professional courses, 4,320 seats for UG Arts and Science courses, 90 seats for UG Performing and Fine Arts courses, and 292 seats for UG Lateral Entry. Candidates can submit their CENTAC admission form via the official website, centacpuducherry.in.
