Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) has launched an innovative eMasters degree program in Renewable Energy and e-Mobility. Designed by experts in the Department of Sustainable Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Electrical Engineering, the program aims to cultivate a skilled and professional workforce dedicated to environmental responsibility.
Unlike traditional masters and programs, this executive-friendly e-master's program does not require a GATE score for admission. This allows professionals to continue their career without interruption and offers the flexibility to complete the program in 1-3 years.
The renewable energy program and e-mobility program e-Masters is strategically aligned with the phase-out of fossil fuels. Its main goals are to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and address climate change issues. The program and 60-credit industry-tailored curriculum allows seamless transfer of credits to higher education opportunities such as IIT Kanpur's MT and PhD programs and allows up to 60 credits to be waived.
