One of the recipients of the '100 5G labs initiative' is Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), which is a part of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), as chosen by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
The collaboration between DoT and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) has led to the development of this programme.
MIT-Manipal is pleased to announce the establishment of a state-of-the-art 5G lab. This lab is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including 5G standalone infrastructures, 5G SIMs, dongles, IoT gateway, router, and an application server.
